refactor response and cursor for service usage
Following are the changes made
- Refactored response (added usage_type and unit to usage element detail)
- removed product_id and usage_type_name restriction
Following is fixed in docs
- start_month and end_month have always been required for usage metrics, the documentation now correctly reflects that
